Cert: 12A cert
Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.
Sex & Nudity: There are many sexual references in this movie. A man is driving a woman in the back of his car and as she is changing he tries to peek but doesn't see much.
Violence & Gore: Frequent scenes of violence. Some blood and intense fighting, both ranged and close:
Archive footage of rogue nations using the Iron Man technology shows them taking causalities from poor construction of the weapons. One bit shows a cameraman being accidentally shot by one of the powered armors (off-screen) and his blood covers the camera. Another one shows a man being twisted 180 degrees at the waist, with a gruesome cracking sound effect although Hammer points out that he survived.
Whiplash murders various background characters with actions such as breaking a guard's neck; hanging two security officers; beating and blowing up a fellow prisoner; and using electrical whips to destroy a set of racing cars, with drivers possibly dying as a result.
Whiplash and Iron Man fight to exhaustion in one scene, both receiving bloody injuries. Whiplash spits out blood after the fight.
Iron Man and War Machine fight in the former's retreat, while in their powered armors. The fight can be treated as comedic in tone.
A character fights several security officers as The Black Widow. She injures several of them, and tasers one. No bloody injuries can be seen. Some of this is mainly for laughs, as Happy is barely able to defeat one (he calls out, "I got him!" only to see all of the guards Black Widow has taken down.)
An intense final battle occurs when remote control military robots run amok and cause large damage to infrastructure. No visible death or injury is caused to the hundreds of civilians in that scene.
A two-vs-one duel occurs at the end of the movie. After being beaten to submission by the teamwork of Iron Man and War Machine, Crimson Dynamo commits suicide by exploding the semi-destroyed military robots around him in an attempt to kill them
Profanity: F word is bleeped out, though we know it's said. "Shit" a few times and "stop breaking my balls".
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking:Tony Stark is clearly drunk in one scene. Alcohol is consumed in a party in which Stark is engages in reckless drunken behavior dangerous enough to prompt Jim Rhodes to don one of Stark's older armor suits to forcibly stop him.
Ivan Vanko (Whiplash/Crimson Dynamo) is a heavy drinker, as he is shown drinking lots of vodka in the beginning.
Frightening/Intense Scenes: The actions scenes, especially the final battle, are quite intense. Some of Whiplash's actions may scare some viewers.
Story : Robert Downy Jr. returns as the billionaire tony stark in this thrilling sequel to the worldwide blockbuster. Now that this super hero secret has been revealed, Tony's life is more intense than ever. Everyone wants in on the iron man technology, weather for power or profit...but for Ivan vanko("whiplash") aka mickey Rourke, its revenge! tony must once again suit up & face his most dangerous enemy yet, but not without a few new allies of his own.
Likes : well what can i say but a very good sequel to the first iron man, i love tony stark character played by Robert Downy Jr he's funny as hell with a sarcastic humour, but with out a doult the very sexy Scarlett Johnson playing black widow from shield she looks hot in this film, i think gwyneth paltrow role as pepper pots is a good role for her she funny as well as beautiful she fit the role as tony starks love interest, i think it a good come back for mickey Rourke after all the drugs & drinking problems he had, but i love the fact they got the war machine in this film tony stark mate that was awesome. hopefully were see more movies with them together fighting evil.
Dislikes : there nothing i can say wrong with this film because it was a fantastic film.
Overall : A worth while watching film, for a sequel this film is spot on for all super hero fans.
Rating : for entertainment 5 out of 5 stars, for film value all round action & fun 10 out of 10
