Gerry Barnaby's Film Review : The Howling Reborn

Genre:  horror , contains strong bloody violence & werewolf horror

Cert: 18 cert

Story : On the eve of his high school graduation, Will Kidman (Liboiron) finally looks up from his books to catch the eye of the girl he’s longed for the last four years –the mysterious Eliana Wynter (Shaw). He’s always been the shy kid, flying under the radar, but when he discovers a dark secret from his past— that he is heir to a powerful line of werewolves -- he finds he has a choice to make between succumbing to his primal nature, or turning against his own, and maintaining his humanity. In order to fight the destiny of his legacy, and save Eliana – as well as himself – he must battle not only his growing blood lust but an army of fearsome beasts bent on killing him, Eliana...and then, us all.

Likes : this film is not to bad, teenage boy dont reliese he's a were wolf until its to late, ive watch the other howling film before this alot better for what it is,it not a bad were wolf film.

Dislikes : its a little slow but it ok,just that were wolf film are good but are done to death.

Overall: The legend of The Howling began more than 30 years ago, with the publication of Gary Brandner’s best-selling novel and the subsequent film adaptation written by Academy Award® nominated John Sayles (Lone Star, Spiderwick Chronicles) and directed by Joe Dante (Gremlins, InnerSpace), the success of which ushered in a new screen era of werewolves. Before there was “Team Jacob,” there was Karen White and Nimziki’s reboot of The Howling saga is being described in industry circles as “Twilight with bite” with the deft mix of romance and action that audiences worldwide are craving.

Rating : 4 out of 5 stars for horror, 7 out of 10 for were wolf theme.
